All Security Guards are licensed by the Province of Ontario.

Recruiting of new guards is accomplished by hiring graduates of Ontario's Security Training Programs, mainly our own in-house certified training course. After meeting Ontario's standards, Guards are trained to meet your site specific requirements. Daily Inspections by Mobile Supervisors ensure that Guards meet or exceed your expectations. All Security Guards comply with Ministry of Labour Safety requirements, Customer Service standards, AODA, WHMIS, and OHS Health & Safety legislation. All Security Offices are equipped with cellular phones giving access to 24/hour support through our communications centre.

 

GSS Security uses the latest in cloud based, smartphone technology to provide instant feedback on a shift by shift location basis. This technology allows our head office, communication centre and supervisory staff to track, monitor, review, and adapt all site specific post orders, patrol routes and other tasks on a immediate basis. This technology also provides guards working alone at night, instant communication with supervisory staff and tractability standards. Clients can receive all relative reports and data related to incidents, patrol routes and other information required on a daily basis right to their email.
